Refund Policy

Order Accuracy and Checkout Responsibility

We kindly ask all customers to review their order details carefully before completing their purchase. This includes double-checking product selections, sizes , quantities, and the shipping address. Once an order is submitted and confirmed, it enters our system immediately and may not be able to be modified or cancelled. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at checkout. Errors in names, addresses, or item choices may lead to issues with delivery, and we are not liable for mistakes made during the order process.

Unsatisfied with your product?

We’re confident that most customers experience a noticeable improvement when using CRBN Insoles. We're so confident that we offer a limited refund policy under the conditions outlined below if you're not feeling the difference.

Customers may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided the insoles have been used only for reasonable trial purposes. To be eligible for a refund, the insoles must be returned in a condition that reflects normal testing and not excessive wear, modification, or damage.

Refund requests must be submitted within the 7-day period by contacting our support team. Once approved, the customer is responsible for returning the product. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is deemed faulty.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a 100% refund of the purchase price will be issued to the original payment method, no questions asked. Refunds do not include any original shipping fees where applicable.

Damaged Items

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of both the item and its packaging. We take product quality seriously and will assess the situation thoroughly to determine the appropriate course of action. If the product is deemed faulty, we'll offer you a full refund or replacement, and we'll cover the shipping fees.
